I hope you remember the conviction, repentance and affirmation you received here. OIL 2013 was a time God answered your prayers, seemingly momentarily, but hopefully as a movement.

I hope you have been laying yourself bare before God, at His feet. Holiness is Christ in you, not your obedience (that is your act of worship). You are nothing w/o Him. Repent daily and see how you can deny yourself daily.

God humbled ypi here, healing you and showing you how you know nothing. Know nothing except Him. Repent daily. Whatever trials or suffering you are going through IT IS ONLY A TEST. Thank God for the day you see Him face to face and understand why you do the things you do, because you should be doing everything by faith right now.

God has refined the way you think in the past 2 OIL’s. Live maximally to bring Christ’s glory to the world + those around you to be the best image of Christ that you can. Repent daily - don’t compare but show love/grace + bear w/ them.

Humility + Honesty in your quiet time.

Repent daily - develop a sober prayer life.

can you pray for an hour w/ Jesus as He did in Gethsemane?

Where you are now is your calling. That is where God wants you to be whether you get into grad school, are still friends w/ your friends, live in the Bronx or not. Leave your ways b/c He has not condemned you. You have freedom to be known + grown.

On accountability/honesty, you’re not being honest until you’re embarrassed. Self-mastery is not the goal but honesty is, before God and man.

Neutral is bad/not good or edifying. Spend time w/ Him, seek His face.

Repent daily, remember your first love.
